Nine years ago I was MISERABLE and felt like I was failing on all fronts. I was anxious, depressed, constantly overwhelmed and had lost my spark. Now I am a busy mom in my 40’s and have never felt more vibrant! Beyond my Master’s Degree in Health Psychology, it took me YEARS of lived experience to build my toolbox – now I want to share it with you

What is a life coach and how is it different from a therapist?

A therapist analyzes your past to understand your current behaviours.. they focus on the “why”. A Life coach works like an “action-oriented mentor” to help you clarify your goals, identify what is holding you back and come up with realistic and sustainable strategies to overcome them… all while cheering you on and helping you every step of the way! I focus on the “how” to help YOU reach your ultimate goals.
