This program works on building skills that are typically not taught in medical school. We work on creating individualized Team Playbook. These documents and discussions lead to clear team understanding on how to achieve results by working together by respecting and understanding the Individuals that are a part of the team.

These workshops work best in a series of 5-7 meetings, depending on the needs of the team.
